Prehnite: Throw

I recently acquired a Prehnite crystal in its natural form.  I am fascintated by it and reminded of its color and complexity by this throw.   Prehnite is the stone of unconditional love and higher self.  The throw version is made with 1/2 woven brocade silk and woolen sarees, and finished with soft and varied hand-spun yarn by Sara.  Ends are finished with Olivewood Manos Del Uruguay silk and wool yarn and sides have ruffled edges of sarees created by the felting process.   

Measures 50 x 89", a large throw, and is backed with soft gray merino wool.

Because I use repurposed sarees, and due to the handmade process, every blanket has unique characteristics and distinctive occurrences.
