Golden Pheasant: Throw

This throw is full of flavor.  Layered silk sarees, an embroidered silk dupata, and hand-spun thick and thin merino yarn merge with purple merino wool to make a colorful delight with bright pops of color.   Ends are finished with Mumbai Manos Del Uruguay silk and wool yarn and sides have ruffled edges of saree silk created by the felting process.   

Measures 47 x 88" and is backed with soft earth toned merino wool.

Because I use repurposed sarees, and due to the handmade process, every blanket has unique characteristics and distinctive occurrences.
