Giraffe: Throw

A unique mash up of a pelt design with blanket structure: Giraffe is made on dark gray superfine merino wool by layering pure silk printed sarees and hand blended wool, alpaca, cashmere, and silk blend to create the unique giraffe pattern.  This throw is large and light weight with soft drape.  

Measures 50 x 82" and is backed by dark gray superfine merino prefelt.

Cosset & Lock Silk and Wool Textiles are made using a unique process of felting to marry together the strength, beauty, and qualities of silk and wool natural fibers. Because I use repurposed sarees, and due to the handmade process, every blanket has unique characteristics and distinctive occurrences.
